BANANA-PLUM SMOOTHIE

Plums and banana are full of vitamins and minerals that will help our body fight diabetes, depression and stress, keep our heart healthy, and thanks to their richness in fibre, they also support our digestion.Let's mix it up and do something for our health. 😉

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • water 150 ml
  • plums 2 pcs
  • smaller banana 1/2
  • lime juice 1/2

PROCEDURE:

  • We will check that we have the FitStream in the correct position.
  • Pour in the cooled water, add the chopped plums, banana and add the juice of the lime.
  • Mix 2-3 cycles and serve.

TIP

You can also use orange juice instead of lime 🍊, the drink will then be pleasantly sweet.
