POPPY SEED CHIA PUDDING

Do you also occasionally get a craving for something sweet? That's okay. ? Try making this "guilt-free" pudding as a healthier version packed with protein, calcium, fibre and omega-3 fatty acids. It takes less than a minute to prepare and the effect will surprise you.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • milk 200 ml
  • banana 1/2
  • cinnamon 1 tsp
  • cocoa 2 tsp
  • poppy 1 EN
  • chia seeds 3 tbsp
  • fruit for garnish

PROCEDURE:

  • Pour the milk into the FitStream.
  • Add the chopped banana, cinnamon, cocoa, poppy seeds (also ground) and chia seeds.
  • Mix for 2-3 cycles.
  • Pour into a bowl, sprinkle with a little cinnamon and decorate.

TIP

Let stand in the refrigerator for several hours, ideally overnight. Enjoy 🙂
