SMOOTHIE STRAWBERRY, RASPBERRY

Raspberries are a great source of fibre, vitamin C and manganese, while being low in calories and fat. Due to their low glycemic index, they do not cause blood sugar spikes and dips. Mint will add freshness and enhance the flavour.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • Raspberries 50g
  • Strawberries 50g
  • Mint 5-6 leaves
  • Milk 100 ml

PROCEDURE:

  • Pour the milk into a blender.
  • Wash and de-stem the strawberries. Cut them into smaller pieces.
  • Add the washed raspberries and mint.
  • Mix and serve.

TIP

Milk can be replaced by water. In summer we can add a few ice cubes.
