FRUIT CREAM CHEESE CREAM
INGREDIENTS:
- cottage cheese 3 tbsp
- freeze-dried strawberries 6 pcs
- white yoghurt 2 tbsp
- honey 1 EN
- lemon juice 1 pcs
PROCEDURE:
- We check that we have the FitStream in the correct position
- Pour in lemon juice, water, add yogurt, cottage cheese, honey and strawberries.
- Blend for 3 cycles and serve ideally chilled.
- Bon appetit
TIP
Lyophilised strawberries (they won't let the juice out, the cream will be thicker, but you can also use fresh strawberries, approx. 2pcs) When blending, turn the FitStream backwards first so that the blades spin empty and you get maximum power for blending.
