PANCAKE WITHOUT REMORSE

Everyone loves pancakes since childhood, but the older we get, the more we are careful about what we eat.Prepare pancakes with us according to Barborka Garman's recipe @chudnutie_zdrava_strava , which you can prepare at any time of the day and really without regrets. 😉🥞

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • eggs 2 pcs
  • cottage cheese 100 g
  • almond flour 1 pl
  • sweetener to taste
  • freeze-dried fruit for garnish

PROCEDURE:

  • We will check that we have the FitStream in the correct position.
  • First put 2 beaten eggs, add cottage cheese, a little sweetener and flour.
  • Mix pancake batter for 2 cycles and pour onto heated griddle.
  • Fill the pancake to your taste and decorate with our freeze-dried fruit.
  • Bon appetit. 😉

TIP

Of course, you can also prepare the pancake savoury, add spinach and salt to the batter and fill it with cottage cheese and tuna, for example. 😉
