QUICK AND HEALTHY BREAKFAST IN SECONDS

Don't have time to make breakfast in the morning or don't feel like it and would rather go buy an unhealthy snack? We'll show you how to prepare a quick and healthy breakfast that you can take with you. All you need are a few ingredients, a FitStream PRO portable blender and your day can begin. 😊

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 packet of breakfast porridge FitStream FOCUS
  • 250 ml milk (cow's, almond, soy or any other milk you prefer)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1-2 nectarines

PROCEDURE:

  • Into the blender FitStream PRO pour milk, sliced banana and add a packet of FitStream FOCUS breakfast porridge.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
  • Pour the finished porridge into a bowl or glass.
  • You can add nectarine pieces and banana slices on top for garnish.
  • If you want to spice up the porridge even more, you can add a little honey, cinnamon or nuts to taste.
