AÇAÍ SMOOTHIE BOWL WITH A TROPICAL TWIST
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tsp açaí powder
- a handful of frozen forest fruits
- ½ ripe banana
- a handful of ice
- 1 tsp coconut flakes
- 5 pieces of pineapple
- ½ passion fruit
- 1 tablespoon oatmeal
PROCEDURE:
- Into the blender FitStream PRO put açaí powder, frozen fruit, banana and ice. Blend until you reach a smooth consistency. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little water or coconut water.
- Pour the finished mixture into a bowl.
- Top with coconut chips, pineapple chunks, passion fruit and oatmeal.
