SMOOTHIE TO BOOST IMMUNITY
INGREDIENTS:
- 150 ml fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup frozen cranberries or berries, your choice (you can also use fresh)
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 50 ml unsweetened coconut or almond milk
- 1/2 small banana
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- mint for garnish
PROCEDURE:
- Pour the milk and juice into the blender FitStream PRO, add the fruit.
- Blend until smooth.
- Garnish with an orange slice and a mint leaf.
