SMOOTHIE TO BOOST IMMUNITY

A recipe that will stir the intestines and strengthen immunity. Treat yourself to a triple dose of vitamin C without a ton of extra sugar. We only use unrefined sugar and fruit sugars to make this orange smoothie. It's rich in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, dairy-free and tastes really delicious. This smoothie is perfect for breakfast or after a workout to keep the immune system and gut in tip top shape.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 150 ml fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup frozen cranberries or berries, your choice (you can also use fresh)
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 50 ml unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 1/2 small banana
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup 
  • mint for garnish

PROCEDURE:

  • Pour the milk and juice into the blender FitStream PRO, add the fruit.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Garnish with an orange slice and a mint leaf. 

TIP

Instead of fresh cranberries, you can use our freeze-dried fruitwhich come in a variety of flavors.
