SPRING DETOX. IS THIS EVEN A GOOD IDEA?

Spring is a truly magical season. Is it really that simple and do we need to do this for Spring?

It's really very sad how powerful and predatory marketing is. How it capitalizes on our ignorance. How it makes us feel that what we are doing is wrong, burdening and downright intoxicating our bodies and that THIS SPECIFIC product is important to cleanse ourselves. It's natural to want the best for ourselves, to be healthy, to manage being here for our children, partner, family, friends. However, to be able to critically evaluate whether we really need a given supplement, we need to understand our physiology.
