BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 banana
- ½ avocado
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp pre-soaked cashew nuts
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tsp honey
- juice of 1 lemon
- a pinch of ground cinnamon
PROCEDURE:
- Pour a cup of water, blueberries, banana, avocado and spinach leaves into a blender FitStream PRO.
- Add cashews, honey, lemon juice and chia seeds.
- Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
