    BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE WITH FIGS

    This drink is a great combination of flavours and nutritional ingredients that will give you energy and refreshment. Blueberries are known for their intense color and full package of antioxidants that are beneficial for the immune system and skin health. Fresh figs enrich this smoothie with their unique texture and flavor. Mint, in addition to its refreshing nature, adds a soothing and stimulating effect on the digestive system. Chia seeds for a dose of healthy fats, fibre and essential nutrients. Together, they make a perfect whole that you'll love 🥰.

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
    • 1/2 banana
    • a few mint leaves 
    • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
    • 1 fresh fig
    • 1 cup water (add more as needed)
    • ice for cooling 

    PROCEDURE:

    • Into the blender FitStream PRO pour water into the FitStream PRO.
    • Add the cleaned fig, banana and blueberries.
    • Finish with chia seeds, mint leaves and ice.
    • Mix everything together and pour into glasses.
    • You can use mint leaves to decorate.
