DELICIOUS BANANA PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS:
- 100 g plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 125 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 1 ripe banana
- vegetable oil
- maple syrup
PROCEDURE:
- Pour the milk and egg into the blender first.
- Then add the banana, flour and baking powder.
- Mix everything in a blender FitStream PRO.
- Pour some batter into a pan with hot oil. Bake the fritters on both sides until golden brown.
- The pancakes can be stacked and while they are still warm, pour the maple syrup over them.
TIP
Instead of maple syrup you can put on pancakes our hazelnut and peanut butter with dark chocolate.
