FRUIT SMOOTHIE WITH CHIA SEEDS

This refreshing smoothie is packed with vitamins, antioxidants and fibre from blueberries, kiwi, strawberries and blackberries. Chia seeds add additional nutritional value to the smoothie. Using the FitStream PRO blender, preparation is quick and easy. You can enjoy it as a healthy breakfast, snack or even as a delicious dessert.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp blueberries
  • 1 kiwi 
  • 5 strawberries 
  • 2 tbsp blackberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 150 ml of water

PROCEDURE:

  • Add water, add blueberries, kiwi, strawberries, blackberries and chia seeds.
  • Mix all ingredients in a blender FitStream PRO until you reach a smooth consistency.
  • Add more water if necessary.
