FRUIT SMOOTHIE WITH CHIA SEEDS
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp blueberries
- 1 kiwi
- 5 strawberries
- 2 tbsp blackberries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 150 ml of water
PROCEDURE:
- Add water, add blueberries, kiwi, strawberries, blackberries and chia seeds.
- Mix all ingredients in a blender FitStream PRO until you reach a smooth consistency.
- Add more water if necessary.
