GINGER MEDICINE

Ginger is one of the healthiest and tastiest spices in the world. Native to China, it is literally bursting with nutrients and bioactive components that have an amazing effect on our bodies and brains. In colder weather, it not only warms us up but also heals us. Together with lemon, it boosts the body's defences and therefore helps us fight colds and flu. With FitStream, you can also mix up a batch for your stock and make it easier to prepare later.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • water 10ml
  • lemon juice 2 pcs
  • ginger 3 pcs

PROCEDURE:

  • Pour water into the FifStream.
  • Pour in the juice of 2 lemons, chopped ginger and blend for 1 cycle.
  • Pour into a smaller container suitable for refrigerator storage.
  • For hot tea we need 2 - 3 teaspoons of this medicine, which we pour hot water.

TIP

If you add honey and garlic to the ginger-lemon mixture, you'll have a ready-made antiviral bomb.
