GINGER SHOT WITH HONEY
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and cut into smaller pieces
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon honey (you can add more or less to taste)
- 1/2 cup water (add more for thinner consistency)
PROCEDURE:
- Prepare all the ingredients and put the chopped ginger, lemon juice, honey and water in a blender FitStream PRO.
- Blend until you reach a smooth consistency.
