HEALTHY SMOOTHIE WITH CELERY STALK
INGREDIENTS:
- half a celery stalk, diced
- 1/3 peeled cucumber
- 1 small peeled and sliced apple
- juice of 1 orange
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons syrup to taste
- a couple of ice cubes
PROCEDURE:
- Pour the juice of the orange and lime, put the chopped celery, peeled cucumber, apple and small pieces of ginger into the blender FitStream PRO.
- Add syrup and ice.
- Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Check the consistency and add ice or syrup, according to your taste.
