ORANGE SMOOTHIE

Give your body energy and boost your immunity with a refreshing orange smoothie. Citrus fruits are high in fiber and vitamin C, which help fight colds, flu and other viruses. Banana is soothing and promotes a better mood, so add it to your drink and you're ready for a great day. ?

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • vegetable milk 150 ml
  • orange juice 1pc
  • banana 1/2
  • vanilla 1/2 tsp
  • protein 1 tbsp

PROCEDURE:

  • Pour the milk into the FitStream.
  •  Add orange juice, sliced banana, vanilla and protein.
  • Mix for 1 - 2 cycles.
  • Enjoy a great drink.

TIP

You can put the sliced banana in the freezer for a while to keep the smoothie properly chilled.
