INGREDIENTS:

  • Pineapple 100g
  • Banana 100g
  • Mango 50g
  • Water 100 ml

PROCEDURE:

  • Pour the water into the blender.
  • Clean and cut the pineapple.
  • Add the cleaned and chopped mango.
  • Add the peeled banana.
  • Mix.

TIP

You can use coconut water or milk. It also tastes great with orange juice.
