SMOOTHIE PINEAPPLE, MANGO

Pineapple is a fruit rich in vitamin C and manganese with a low calorie content. Like any fruit rich in vitamin C, pineapple fights cancer-causing free radicals. It reduces blood pressure and the risk of asthma. Fresh mango is an excellent source of potassium, necessary for regulating blood pressure and heart function. Basil is rich in minerals and vitamins. Especially vitamin A, K, C, magnesium, iron, calcium and also potassium.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • Pineapple 100g
  • Mango 50g
  • Basil 5-6 leaves
  • Water 100 ml

PROCEDURE:

  • Pour the water into the blender.
  • Clean and cut the pineapple.
  • Add the cleaned and chopped mango.
  • Add washed basil leaves.
  • Mix.
