INGREDIENTS:

  • banana 100g
  • avocado 100g
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • vegetable milk 150 ml

PROCEDURE:

  • Pour the milk into a blender.
  • Slice the banana into rounds (we recommend putting it in the freezer for a while).
  • Add sliced avocado and a pinch of cinnamon.
  • Mix and drink with pleasure.
