SMOOTHIE BANANA, PROTEIN

For colder weather, try mixing up this drink. The banana is rich in potassium, has a beneficial effect on the heart, relieves muscle spasms and, last but not least, calms the nervous system. Combined with protein, it is not only nutritious but also filling.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • banana 100g
  • Protein1 teaspoon
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • vegetable milk 150 ml
  • lime juice 1/2

PROCEDURE:

  • Pour the milk into a blender.
  • Cut the banana into smaller pieces.
  • Add the protein and cinnamon.
  • Mix and serve.

TIP

Milk can be replaced by water. In summer we can add a few ice cubes.
