Summer holidays are slowly coming to an end, so we decided to prepare a smoothie recipe for our little ones. This recipe is not only healthy, but also beautifully colourful, so it will attract even children who don't want to eat classic fruits or vegetables. After holidays, camps or various activities, this drink will definitely come in handy to replenish their energy. 🧒

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • a handful of fresh blueberries
  • handful of baby spinach
  • ½ cup (about 120 ml) 3,5 % milk

PROCEDURE:

  • Pour in milk, add banana, blueberries and baby spinach.
  • Mix all the ingredients together in FitStream PRO blender.
