SMOOTHIE FOR KIDS - BACK TO SCHOOL

Summer vacation is slowly coming to an end, so we decided to share a smoothie recipe for our little ones. This recipe isn’t just healthy—it’s also beautifully colorful, so it will appeal even to kids who don’t like to eat regular fruits or vegetables. After vacations, camps, or various activities, this drink will definitely come in handy to help them recharge. 🧒

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • a handful of fresh blueberries
  • handful of baby spinach
  • ½ cup (about 120 ml) 3,5 % milk

PROCEDURE:

  • Pour in milk, add banana, blueberries and baby spinach.
  • Mix all the ingredients together in FitStream PRO blender.
