KIWI-BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

Blueberries are one of the healthiest fruits in the world. INGREDIENTS:

  • water 150ml
  • blueberries approx. 50g
  • yellow kiwi approx. 50g
  • chia seeds 2 tsp

PROCEDURE:

  • We will check that we have the FitStream in the correct position.
  • Pour in the water, add the blueberries, kiwi and chia.
  • Blend for 3 cycles and serve chilled.

TIP

When blending, turn the FitStream backwards first to spin the blades idle for maximum power. For an even fresher taste, you can add lime juice. 🍋
