ANTIOXIDANT SMOOTHIE

In addition to being delicious, strawberries are extremely rich in vitamin C and manganese, and are high in fibre and folic acid. At the same time, they are low in calories.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • Strawberries 100g
  • Mint 5-6 leaves
  • Water 150 ml

PROCEDURE:

  • Pour the water into the blender.
  • Wash and de-stem the strawberries. Cut them into smaller pieces.
  • Add the washed mint leaves.
  • Mix.

TIP

Water can be replaced with coconut or almond milk. If the smoothie is not sweet enough for us, we can add a teaspoon of honey.
