WATERMELON SMOOTHIE

This refreshing watermelon smoothie is the ideal companion for summer days. Its delicious taste and cooling texture will give you energy and hydration. Be inspired by this healthy and tasty recipe that will fill you up with a dose of vitamins.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup diced red melon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 1 orange
  • ice

PROCEDURE:

  • Juice the orange and pour into a blender FitStream PRO. Instead of orange you can use organic orange juice.
  • Clean and dice the melon. You can take out the seeds and add them to the blender.
  • Add 3 mint leaves, along with the lemon juice.
