CHEESE SPREAD WITH SPRING ONIONS

This cheese spread is not only delicious, but also very easy to prepare. It has a creamy texture and all the ingredients complement each other perfectly. You can spread it on bread, toast, baguettes or as a dip for savoury pancakes, grilled vegetables or chips.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • spring onions
  • salt
  • basil and chia seeds for garnish

PROCEDURE:

  • Into the blender FitStream PRO put the mozzarella with a little of the juice from it.
  • Add the gherkin cheese, garlic, salt and chopped spring onions.
  • Mix everything together so that the spread has a creamy texture.
  • Spread on toast, garnish with basil and chia seeds.
