HEARTY BREAKFAST WITH FITSTREAM
INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 cups milk, can also be vegetable milk
- 1 small frozen banana cut into slices
- 2 Art of protein powder, e.g. BIO VEGAN PROTEIN with chocolate - banana flavour
- 1 Art. of cocoa
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- you can also add almond or peanut butter from FitStream to taste
PROCEDURE:
- The day before, slice a smaller banana into rounds, place them in a freezer bag and freeze them in 1 layer.
- The next day to blender FitStream PRO pour the milk first and then add all the other ingredients.
- Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
