INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup frozen peach chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 frozen banana
- ¾ cup orange juice (more or less, to taste)
- ¾ cup water (as needed, for mixing)
- Optional: 1 scoop of collagen powder, 1-2 teaspoons of chia seeds
PROCEDURE:
