SMOOTHIE MELON, BANANA

This refreshing smoothie will help you replenish your fluids properly on hot summer days. Watermelon juice is high in lycopene and thus anti-inflammatory, while the banana provides the necessary energy.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • melon 5-6 cubes
  • banana 1 pcs
  • water 50ml

PROCEDURE:

  • Pour the water into the blender.
  • Clean your watermelon. Cut it into smaller parts.
  • Add the peeled and sliced banana.
  • Mix.

TIP

Water can be replaced with white low-fat yoghurt. Do you like cold cocktails? Put the watermelon in the fridge before blending or add a few ice cubes to the cocktail.
