CHEESE SPREAD WITH SPRING ONIONS
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- spring onions
- salt
- basil and chia seeds for garnish
PROCEDURE:
- Into the blender FitStream PRO put the mozzarella with a little of the juice from it.
- Add the gherkin cheese, garlic, salt and chopped spring onions.
- Mix everything together so that the spread has a creamy texture.
- Spread on toast, garnish with basil and chia seeds.
