This fruity smoothie is not only delicious, but also packed with vitamins and nutrients. EASTER SURPRISE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large banana sliced and frozen
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- 1 cup milk or milk alternative
- 1 tsp chia seeds
PROCEDURE:
- Slice the banana and place in a freezer bag. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Pour into blender FitStream PRO milk, add frozen banana and blend until all lumps disappear and it is creamy like ice cream.
- Then add the frozen berries and stir in the chia seeds.
- When everything is smooth, pour into a glass and garnish with some Easter decorations.
