Spring has sprung, summer is just around the corner, so come with us to try some great drinks for the season. Forget iced cappuccinos and heavy frappuccinos, this pineapple-mint smoothie is the perfect drink for hot days. The mint gives it just the right flavour to make this drink refreshing. Blend it with lots of ice to make it thick and creamy. When you blend the pineapple, a delicious froth will form. We generally prefer non-alcoholic drinks for these types of drinks, as it takes away from the natural smooth taste of the pineapple. If you want to spice it up, add vodka or white rum.


  • 1 cup fresh, cleaned pineapple cut into cubes
  • 2 chopped mint leaves
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 150 ml water (add more if necessary)


  • Mix all ingredients together in a blender FitStream PRO and serve.
