QUICK AND HEALTHY BREAKFAST IN SECONDS
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 packet of breakfast porridge FitStream FOCUS
- 250 ml milk (cow's, almond, soy or any other milk you prefer)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1-2 nectarines
PROCEDURE:
- Into the blender FitStream PRO pour milk, sliced banana and add a packet of FitStream FOCUS breakfast porridge.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
- Pour the finished porridge into a bowl or glass.
- You can add nectarine pieces and banana slices on top for garnish.
